My boyfriend and I have been here for a little over two years. When we first moved in everyone that worked here (office staff, maintenance, groundskeepers) were wonderful and great to work with. They made this a very social community where everyone got to know their neighbors. There was always something going on in the clubhouse. Cookouts by the pool in the summer! Now that Ram has taken over none of these things happen. I had a maintenance problem that took five days to repair (this was not a minor issue). That would have never been the case before! For the pet owners here I feel bad because there are dog stations posted throughout the complex for proper disposal of waste. You could always count on the bage dispensers to be full but now it takes at lease a week and a half to fill them back up. I have just gotten fed up with the attitude and corporate promises that are made and not followed through on unless multiple calls are made and you the renter have to follow up on things or they don't get done. I miss the follow up calls before on repairs to make sure you, the renter, was happy. That never happens now. Your just an appartment number, not a person. I would not recomend anyone living here now. Before I told everyone it is the best apartment complex I have found and now I want to leave as soon as possible.
