New Management have made some needed improvements in the landscaping and building maintenance, but the friendly atmosphere that once was a added value is slowly disappearing.

Recently converted over to monthly water billing, despite being told that we would not be charged for water until we renewed our lease.

The water usuage is questionable, as bill went up despite being out of town for the good portion of the month.

Meanwhile, teenage kids are allowed to run the clubhouse, business center and work-out area.

Neighbors appear to be fleeing as many apts have opened up in the past three months.

Lastly, the new tenants are not the same caliber as those that have left.
