Aside from the norm....small amounts of noise...minor problems....this place is GREAT! My husband & I are going on 3 years here.
We have THE BEST neighbors.
Maintenance is on-grounds and have had 2 or 3 small requests which they handle immediately or very soon after.
Asst.
Property Mgr, Teresa is great....
very sweet and truly tries her very best to assist you.
Very safe and secure...
policemen are residents and they now have a paid private security force.
Excellent area ...
apartments are spacious and very clean.
Minimal yearly increases ($10 approx/mo).
Would highly recommend...
seems to be the best in the area and the prices are slightly higher than most...
but I think this is a 'get what you pay for' situation.
