Poor Maintenance Quality

Professional maintenance here is amateurish, almost non-existent.
We've requested maintenance to our toilet on four separate occasions (leaky wax floor seal), and despite our leaving rusty water on the floor in front of the toilet, it was wiped up each time, and we were told that the the maintenance crew was unable to find any evidence of a leak around the toilet.
There are some noise issues (close to street, loud pool parties that last until late at night, inconsiderate upstairs neighbors who stomp around all hours of the day and night).
If you're OK with just-barely, "average" place to live, then this should suit you fine.
Otherwise, keep on looking.
You can find much more in Franklin for a lot less money.
