I am the property manager here at ALARA River Oaks and would like to take the time to address the last concern posted.

It troubles me to hear that you are not satisfied with our maintenace crew. I would like to apologize that we have not corrected your concern in a timely manner. It's certainly not the way we maintain our occupancy of 97%. Please contact me, Darcey McGrath, immediatly so I can assist you in resolving this error on our behalf.

As far as the street noise goes, we have had no new construction and have a small side street along one side of our property. I was unaware we had an issue with the street noise, but would like to offer a solution to when you call to discuss your bathroom concerns.

Last, we are aware of the (1) one pool party that continued till 9PM on a Saturday night. We advised the resident responsible that this was not allowed, sent notices to all residents reminding them of our pool rules, and requested our courtesy patrol keep a close eye on the pool throughtout the summer.
