I agree. I have lived at Alara River Oaks for several years and once corporate came in everything changed and not for the better. The only girl the office that doesn't act snooty is Shelly. She is very down to earth and helpful. She really seems to care. When Brad was over the maintenance department, repairs were often done within the same hour. Now it takes days to get a simple repair done. New management walks around with their noses in the air. I am not happy with the changes.
