This apartment complex has gone through a lot of changes. The quality of service is going down. The apartment management shows disrespect towards the tenants. She seems to be more concerned about keeping her position with corporate than her tenant's best interest. It has not always been this way. The cost is going up and it is not the warm, friendly community it was at one time.

It takes several days sometimes to get maintenance for your apartment. Maintenance appears to be overworked and under staffed.

For the money I would not suggest living here.

I do agree rent has gone up as property value does every year. With the higher rents, we are always making improvements to maintain your home, grounds and amenities. As for the warm, friendly community, we strive to provide exactly that. I would love to have you come to the office and discuss any areas of concern. This doesn't mean that rents won't continue to up, because they will. But if we, or I have not provided warm, friendly service, please give us the opportunity to make this right.
