I would like to respond to the derogatory comment written and posted on 1/4/08. My name is Jennifer and I am the Property Manager of ALARA River Oaks. We strive to make sure that each and every resident is as comfortable as possible in their apartment homes. We have a great staff in place who is more than happy to go above and beyond for anyone. As far as the leak is concerned, every resident involved was contacted by our office immediatley. Each person was notified of the issue and informed of the steps we had put in place to take care of the situation. Unfortunately, things of this nature cannot be predicted. The person who posted the derogatory comment was fully informed of what was going on in his apartment by the Assistant Manager, as well as, our Maintenance Technician. Myself and the other staff members are more than happy to address any issues that are brought to our attention. Unfortunately, if the issues are not brought to your attention we are unable to address them.
