My name is Jennifer and I am the Manager of ALARA River Oaks.

I am writing in response to the comment posted on 2/6/08.

Yes, we have been having issues with the hot tub for approximately two weeks now.

Unfortunately, it has not been an easy task trying to locate the problem.

However, the hot tub has been up and running throughout this ordeal.

I assure you that Management and Maintenance have been diligently working to correct the issue and we are very close to solving it.

In situations like this you never know what you are getting into and how long it will take to repair, especially when you have to order parts and such.

Yes, we do close the pool/hot tub area at 10:00 p.m.

The reason for this is because there are apartment buildings surrounding this area, and although we want our residents to enjoy the pool area, we also want the residents residing in this area to have quiet enjoyment of their apartment homes.

Unfortunately, we cannot make everyone happy all the time.

However, it would be greatly appreciated if anyone having questions or concerns would give our office a call and allow us an opportunity to answer your questions or offer assistance with any issues you may be experiencing.
