I have lived in Alara River Oaks for two years.
I have lived in two other apartment complexes in
Franklin but this is my favorite thus far. The
staff has always been friendly to me and we are
always taken care of. When we moved in our carpet
was brand new in the other apartments in I have lived
in Franklin you get cleaned old carpet. Everything
was kept in great shape and was beautiful when we
moved in. It is nice and quiet and most of the people
who live there are very friendly. They have taken care
of our two small maintence problems in a very timely
matter. We love using the pool and even though the work
out room is small it is always is clean and working.
Overall I would recommend Alara River Oaks to anyone
looking for a quiet apartment home in Franklin.
