Not happy with the complex in comparison to the price of rent.

The maintenance service is not responsive and sometimes the repair is never done.

I agree. Getting repairs done is impossibly difficult!!

We have had the same issue with maintenance. Heard one of the maintenance men screaming at a tenant once. Would not recommend living here.

My girlfriend is thinking about moving here from another bad Franklin rental property. I'm hoping I can get her to look at the reviews and see that they share a common problem. Management/Maintenance issues.
