Me and my family have lived here for about 20 months. At first everything was fine, but then we learned the hard truth about this place. First off, there are no amendities... there's a pool, big deal... no exercise room... no club house... nothing
second, the manager lady is cazy... she's embarassed us in front of family and friends (and strangers) on multiple occasions... we had a little toy sandbox for our kids to play with and when she saw it she came to our door and started demanding it be removed as it was an "eye sore"... another time we were at the pool and playing with water balloons and she came out yelling at me, an adult, like I was a 5 year old kid playing with fire... it was embarrassing and humiliating
finally, the apartments are grossly over priced... you can get the exact same thing in Antioch or Smyrna, plus lots of amendities, for over $100 cheaper
unless you have a dyer need to live in Franklin, stay as far away from this place as you can

Sounds like sour grapes to me! The rules state that there should be nothing personal placed outside the apartment, not even your precious little darlings sandbox. AKA my cats littler box. You got busted for water balloons at the pool...you know..that same kind of rubber that clogs a pool filter and screws up the pool for the rest of us! You might need to consider a tent, instead of community living.
And..please do move to Smyrna...I am sure you will be happier there~!
