We lived here for a year and a half and at first we thought it was great. Then we noticed a mold problem in one of the bathroooms. We told maintenance and all they did was PAINT OVER IT! When it came back we told them again and what did they do, painted over it again. Hopefully when we moved out, this was fixed, but I highly doubt it. I'm disgusted at the fact that we were breathing in this stuff everytime we were in the bathroom. No wonder our dog was sick so much. After leaving our dog is doing much better.

Maybe if you live on a floor other than the ground one it may be nice, but we felt like we lived in a damp dark basement.

And, what's the point of a pet deposit especailly since it's non-refundable' Perhaps it's because they know the pet will leave a "pet odor" and it is used for carpet cleaning' At least that is what it should be for. We did not get our deposit back because they had to clean the carpet from a "pet odor". What a bunch of crap!

We also have a mold problem in a bathroom. Also out of the vents. This apartment would not pass health inspection!
