One of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in.

Living at Royal Oaks Apartments was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had livingin an apartment. The Apartment manager, Connie Proctor, is a delightful, responsive and caring person. Any repair issue (usually minor) I had was immediately resolved. The entire complex and grounds are kept very neat and clean. The view from the top of the hill is a daily breathtaking experience.
I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Franklin, Tennesse, consider Royal Oaks Apartments as their apartment of choice.
