I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I would recommend (and have) the Royal Oaks Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live. Connie, the manager, has always been so kind and caring when I have talked with her. I have been sick a good bit of the time living here and Connie has checked to see how I am doing many times. What a blessing! Anytime that I have needed maintenance, they have responded very quickly and the guys are always pleasant and helpful. I get great pleasure from the stunning view from the top when my dog and I take our morning walks. The best apartment for your money in Franklin! I suggest you give them a call!

Glad you have had a good experience. I have not had a good experience here. Promises of repairs have been made to be done to my apartment that have never been completed. Many of my neighbors have expressed the same. Connie can be nice one moment and hateful the next. I feel sorry for her misery. Bottom line, I would not recommend anyone to move here. Sometimes I feel like I live in the slum pay New York rent.
