This community is a great community from various aspects. As a repeat tennant, we have experienced the highest level of service from the staff at Southwinds. With various lease lengths available, it allowed us to choose the length necessary to transition to our new home. They are flexible and willing to work with us in the event there is a delay, the club house ammenities are plentiful and the accesibility to shopping is great. We highly recommend South Winds to anyone looking for a place to stay during transition to another house.

The only recomendation would be to cut the shrubs back at the intersections. Very difficult to see traffic approaching from the right when sitting at the T intersection.
