Be warned, some apartments have problems with water seeping in and mold. Also, management was caught entering our friend's apartment without permission when they thought they were not home. I'm not sure, but I believe there might be a law against that. Management denies any and all problems. Better to move somewhere else, if possible. Granted I've seen worse places to live. Also, if someone is above you, you should find out when they wake up and go to bed because you will hear every step, guaranteed. Even at 5 am.

If you complain and they send a specialist to check something, you may never get the report from that person. I think it is because they don't pay their subcontractors. This fact can be confirmed by the liens against the community.
