I moved into the apartments about 5 years ago and there is always a problem with it.

Mold: We have enformed the managers about it and they then send out a letter to all people that basically states that it is not their problem.

Noise: The noise is unbearable, from the footstepts upstairs, to the weed-eaters outside, it is quite annoying.

People: When we first moved in, the community was terrible and there were druggies everywhere, Southwinds HAS done as much as they can to clean this problem up

Maintenece: They bassically didn't care about any of our problems.
