I own a corporate housing company in the City and hve worked with South Winds over the 4.5 years we have been helping folks in our city settle down temporarily.
I have only experience wonderful customer service and I must mention, absolutely the CLEANEST apartments upon move in. The Amenities are the best in the city- where else can you go in the city to get a billiards room, indoor volleyball, a indoor olympic size swimming pool , saunas and hot tub. It is almost like resort living.
Granted South Wind is not a new property and will have maintenance issues just like any of the communities in the city. But the key is the customer service and a speedy response from the office.
My residents who have move in and moved out of South Wind have had only positive things to say about the apartments and the staff. We will continue to always work with South Wind!
