I only lived here for a little over 3 months (I ended up getting a job back home and had to move out early), but even in those few months, it was a great experience! The staff were always very personable and friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment itself was always super quiet. My neighbors were all fantastic and friendly. It was a great, great place to live.

I looked at a couple places before I chose Southwind and I have to say compared to those other places, this place was HUGE!!! and very clean. The maintenance staff was always helpful and fixed things in a timely manner. In the end the size of the apartment was just insane. I lived in a one bedroom and I had a full size bed in the bedroom and still would have had room for a full bedroom set and probably another full size bed on top of that! There is a tremendous amount of closet space (especially in the bedroom), which is very, very nice! The bathroom was also extremely large, which was something I didn't find anywhere else. I never had a problem finding a great parking spot, in front of my building. It was always very quiet, which was very nice. And being that I lived there by myself and was 900 miles away from anyone I knew, I originally thought I'd be a touch scared to be there, but I always felt safe. I worked a lot of nights when I was there, getting home late, there were always a ton of lights on, you never had to worry about not being able to see everything around you. Plus the apartment complex is close to anything and everything. There are 3 grocery stores within a mile or so radius, there's many restaurants in the area. You're right near I-65 which takes you to anything else you may need (Walmart, Target, etc.). It's fantastic and super convenient!

Overall it was a great, great experience that I will never forget. Mike, Abby and Lori were super helpful and very friendly! All the maintenance guys (they're always driving around) always waved or said hello. It was very comforting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the town of Franklin!
