I have no idea about all these people writing horrible reviews but I had nothing but GREAT experiences with this apartment complex. When I moved in the apartment was spotless. Mine actually had new carpet and flooring. They may look older on the outside as someone said but the inside was perfect. I LOVED living here and was sad I had to move out.

While living there I filled out a resident survey online and wrote something about my icemaker being broken but not a big deal because I don't use it and they called to say they were going to have it fixed right away. Someone came the very next day. We asked to have the balcony's power washed and that was done the next week.

They do supply doggie bags for people to clean up after their dog and I think that is a lot more than most places do. At least they supplied them, it is not their fault people do not choose to use them as other people have complained about. And almost everyday I saw apartment staff out and about working on the grounds or fixing things. Also, unlike most apartment complexes I never once had a problem with parking. I was always able to find a spot!

The office staff is amazing! I actually had to break my lease because of life changes and they were willing to work with me and very understanding that people's circumstances change.

They have great facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, work out facility, basket ball courts and a room you can rent for parties. They have someone "on duty" the entire time. The complex also has socials and things for residents.

Also, South Wind is in the PERFECT location. Close access to I-65, you can walk to the grocery store or the drug stores. I couldn't recommend a better place to live!
