I lived at Southwind for nearly 5 years and I can say it was one of the best managed properties I've ever lived in! The management and staff was professional and responsive. The maintenance team was also top notch. Anytime I had an issue, it was resolved immediately. If I move back to Franklin, I will not look elsewhere. I highly recommend Southwind. Thanks Abby, Lori, Mitch and Mike. Hope to see you again!
