I have lived here for about months so far it has been fantastic. I have lived in a couple of apts around Nashville and looked at almost all of them. The staff is amazing here very helpful even with irrelevant stuff I have called them for directions ideas on things to do around town etc... NICE PEOPLE LIVE HERE! everyone I have met so far is extremely nice its quiet here I feel safe here. It is also well maintained the apts are a little older I think built in the 90's but are nice and pretty efficient my utilities are the cheapest out of all of the apts I have lived in. Franklin is in my opinion one of the best places to live in the world. Southwinds is in a nice area close to a really nice golf course and historic downtown Franklin easy access to Cool springs mall and the municipalities here really seem to be on top of things. Southwinds is very affordable though I wished they were a little cheaper I have no problem paying what I pay for a spacious nice clean apt in a nice neighborhood in one of the top 20 richest counties in the US. Southwinds also has some very nice amenities which include a basketball court, tennis racquetball indoor & outdoor pools spa a sona too, oh and a 2 story exercise facility. I could go on and on about the good things but I think you have an idea about how I feel so far. Thanks Southwinds for providing me with a nice safe home
