As a 2-year resident, I am a very happy camper @ Sussex Downs. Beyond the convenient location, reasonable rent and very quiet atmosphere, I am most impressed with the management and maintenance.... their friendly service and immediate attention to any need is hard to beat. They keep a sharp eye on all details and try to create a sense of community here. Who else would offer to bring you Chicken Noodle soup when you've got the flu'!'!
