We have lived here for 2 1/2 years. This place is the best value for the square footage. Very spacious apartments for the price. Behind it is a soccer field with 5th/6th grade school that my daughter loved attending (lots of field trips). Its not uncommon to see hot air balloons launch off the soccer field and float over the buildings. The management is awesome. They do their best. It is also a very short drive (7-10 blocks) to historic downtown Franklin where they have quarterly festivals with music!! This has definitely been a real blessing for us!!!!! This is also a very safe quiet neighborhood.
