Moving in here we thought we were lucky to find a great place to live. But that all changed in less than a year. We've had mice in our apartment twice and the last time we reported them they never came out!! Parking is horrable. We live near where they allow boat parking, and the same boats look like they have been there for years!! The neighbors on our level leave their trash outside their door for weeks (wonder why we have mice'!') Now that I read about other people experiences leaving, I am nervous about our lease. Thankfully we are building a house and READY to leave!!! By the way, the gate has only worked about a dozen times in a year.
