No bang for the buck

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Nice place, but definitely not worth the price. No price cut for living 50 feet from a railroad track. Security gate has not worked the entire 15 months I have been here. Management completely uncooperative. I have lived in MANY apartment complexes, and I have never seen management so unflexable and uncooperative.
