Great community--the most beautiful in Franklin--but, oppressive lease terms, poor customer service.

It's the best of apartments, it's the worst of apartments.
THE GOOD: As far as the grounds and layout, they are the best in Franklin. You have ample space between you and the other residents, and there's lots of grass.
THE BAD: Wyndchase requires a 60 day notice to vacate, even after your lease runs and you've gone month to month. They say it's so they can rent out your apartment far in advance, but, also convenient to them, it results in people paying for a vacant apartment (unless you're actually able to foresee a move 60 days in advance). The staff is ready to fight you over this issue, and there's no way around it. Plus, after your lease term runs, you'd better be prepared to sign another lease. If you do go "month to month," expect a substantial increase in your rent, anywhere from 25 to 33%. And don't dare try to break the lease.
IN SUM: It's a great complex, but they seem to know it and know that they can get away with a harsh lease and poor treatment of tenants.
