I am leaving in the stuff I originally wrote, but I am want to update this information for fairness.
New management is much more responsive than previous and improvements have been made. I commend Shelly, Beth, Daniel and the maintenance staff for their assistance in fixing our issues. All is not perfect but better.

Original message:
From the outside it is beautiful. From the inside they even look nice, that is until you look closer then the flaws become apparent. The staff is polite, but so far have been ineffective at solving our problems. There has been a recent property management from Trammel Crow to Gables so we are hoping for better service as almost the entire office staff has turned over.




1. No speed bumps, so people coming flying at you with their cars around the many blind spots.


3. The tenants above us stomp and make excessive noise at all hours, not to mention they have two 60 lbs dogs running around with no leashes and still management only writes letters to them but the noise continues. They are still a problem and I have been informed they are moving out, but currently still make us miserable


5. Water spickett pipes leak on outside of building and their solution was a plug that continues to leak. Water spickett has now been fixed



6. The "LIMITED ACCESS GATE" has only recently begun to work in the 6 months we have lived here, and it is always open during the day. Working on a more regular basis now.

7. Reported break-ins to vehicles.

When we were signing our lease a tenant came into the office and told us we would not want to live there.
