My wife and I moved here with the expectations that for the price we pay for living here the service would be excellent. We are not silver spooners and we work hard do not have outlandish demands or expectations. However, after being promised 24 maintainance and a better quality of living than our prior Franklin residence we find ourselves feeling forgotten. Not one of our maintainance needs were met within 24 hours except the request for mouse traps. Those were expedited to our front door withing hours. Also we figured that since the leasing agent told us everything about our neighbors that we could expect a peaceful co-existence. This was not the case after complaining to the office numerous times about our upstairs neighbors and the excessively loud stereo NOTHING WAS DONE. The only relief we got after several months was the fact they moved out and left the apartment empty for over a month. Anyway to make a long story short for what you pay in rent you could probably find a townhome or house to rent within 15 minutes of this location for the same money. And you may find many other communties that actually care about each tenant that lives in the community not just those preferred friends of the office staff. Also be careful what you tell the office staff because they told us all about our neighbors. When I went to the office to put in my notice to the office the District Manager was there and she seem to have the same apathy about the problems we have had and handed me back off to the complex manager as quickly as possible. if this is the new and improved management I would hate to have seen the old.
