WAG - Is the highest priced aparment I had ever lived in. Naturally, my expectations were higher as well. It's become the worst place I have lived in the entire country, including NYC. The floors are not even, sloping away from the walls, the security gate is never in working condition and I can hear everything that goes on with my neighbors upstairs, incluing toe=ilet flushes and cabinet slams. The door handles fall off continually and the overall workmanship inside the buildings is shoddy to say the least. The new management has done little to change the previous management's history of poor customer service. Lastly, the contract is designed to make it difficult (60 days notice) to leave.
