I have lived at the Wyndchase Apartments for 4 years. I have had hardly any problems at all. However, TCRS, the former management organization was lousy in taking care of tenants. While maintenance was ususally very good at responding to problems within the apartments, anything that had to go through corporate management was problematic at best. Referrals were not honored & any issues regarding leasing requirements & paperwork were either NOT handled, or handled unprofessionally. The NEW management, GABLES, took over in the winter of 2004 has been AWESOME. The Sales manager, Shelley Horton, is one of the best apartment complex managers I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. I know that if I have an issue with anything at the complex and talk to Shelley about it, whatever it is, it will be taken care of in a expediate & professional manner. Also, if you have a large dog that needs to get out and run, Wyndchase has a few large open areas within the complex that you can play with your dog without having to worry about vehicular traffic.
