I lived on the 2nd floor- and it was very loud. Neighbors outside on decks having parties in the summer, a broken air conditioning unit that took 5 days to fix in mid-July and had to swelter in it...no reduced rent for the trouble of staying in a 120 degree apartment, and other maintenance issues...one being them not knocking when they entered and walking in on my roommate dressing! Rude staff. The actual apartment was ok, but it isn't worth the money. Look elsewhere.
