Office Staff Non-Responsive

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Neighbors below our apartment were loud and partied often late at night. We made several complaints to the office staff (as did other neighbors) and were told they had signed a 3 month lease and would be moving out soon. Then the neighbors shot our window with a pellet gun, which took a week to get fixed. The neighbors trashed the yard outside their balcony (beer cans etc) and WE got a letter from office staff demanding that we stop littering. We went to the office staff with the letter and the manager stated she had no knowledge that we had ever complained. When the neighbors finally moved out they left their trash at our apartment door. Again we went to the office to complain and the office staff said that the neighbors did not sign a three month lease and that the people in the offending apartment had been leasing for years. I asked her why the office staff lied to us and she told us to stop treating her like a child. I am not sure how requesting an employee to explain their actions and take responsibilty for their actions is treating them like a child.
I would not rent from this apartment because you can't control who they let in and once someone is let into the complex they do not control the situation. Additionally, the office staff often do not wear name badges, do not write anything down and conveniently forget any complaints you may make to them.
