Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006

Look in to the history of these apartments. They have changed ownership several times and nothing seems to help. The now present owners will do whatever it takes to make more money off of their property, at any cost to you. The noise level is horrible on the first floor, with a combination of a bad neighbor upstiars and heating and air units that need to be replaced you will not have much time to relax or sleep.
