I'm quite surprised - they have already leased my apartment and I still have to pay a concession and early termination fee and carpet replacement which the carpet was old when I moved in.

Major mice invasion - Pest control couldn't solve the problem and I killed 15 on my own - they won, I'm outta here....

I must say - I have no problem with the staff - they are courteous and helpful. Think the money decision came down from the top....
