Overpriced!!!!!!!!!!
I moved from Oregon to Nashville and had a quick close on my previous house. I had to find a place quick and this place seemed great online. The price was the most expensive in the area so I assumed I would get what I paid for.

I was wrong.

There was a strange stinch in my apartment when I first got here. ALso my apartment is located about 40 feet from railroad tracks. Trains come through at all times of the night and it sounds like the train is coming straight through our apartment sometime. There are no overhead lights in any bedroom so you have to use lamps.


On the positive side the staff is very courteous and I'm sure they have to deal with a lot of irate customers.

Make sure to read your lease agreement and disregard any info they tell you. You have to give 60 days notice that you're moving if you're still under lease. Even if you're moving out after the lease is up. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
