Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
I moved form Los Angeles to Franklin. Not only was this an overpriced apartment complex and they would not take care of what they said they would.
But with six weeks notice before we came across the country, nothing was painted, cleaned or anything ready including the paperwork to sign when we got there.
We also had noisy neighbors blaring music at all hours and they would do nothing about it after numerous complaints.
