I have been in many areas throughout the US having to rent but in all my years I have never dealt with a more devious group as the Wynn Chase Aspen Grove apartment complex in Cool Springs of Franklin TN. I have no idea if other Winn Chase apartments are all like this group but I am very disappointed in their ethical and personal practices. They will nickel and dime you with hidden costs and not deliver what they promise. For example their maintenance responds but never fixed what is promised. They will overlook and expect you to overlook the flaws and dirt in the initial inspection as you move in and then charge you for the slightest existing ding from your deposit when you leave. They also charged us for electric bill that was transferred out of our name and back to their name after our lease was up, we moved out. We were shocked and appalled when we called them as to why they did such unethical practices and they said that is their right and their policy. We looked at the fine print of the contract and realized it is one of those gray areas that cannot be proven one way or another. I would recommend that if you are thinking or renting here, be careful and look at read their fine print and protect yourself meticulously since your interests are not their concern. The car wash is on the premises but no water or hook ups are available to use it and the computer and fax equipment does not work and we had to purchase a new fax machine in order to carry on business. They would not keep their part of the contract on all their amenities but we had to pay a substantial amount extra for equipment that didn t exist or work. We even gave up our garage rental for a tenant that needed it when we were still there and they charged the tenant and charged us for the garage. We were shocked. I thank God we are out of there and would NEVER rent or recommend Wynn chase again.

First of all...if you lived there...wouldnt you know how to spell the name of the neighborhood? Second...I lived there and had NONE of those problems. They were very gracious. One time the toilet from upstairs leaked into my kitchen and they gave me $500 off the next months rent. I also had to break my lease to move out of state and they gave me no problems with that.

sounds like someone from the office responds to all the negative reviews quick....everyone has different experiences and each person will repond to these experiences differently...so if you do work for this ridiculous community...just admit when you know you've screwed up...people accept your flaws more easily if you realize you have them

I???m sorry you don???t believe I lived there because I didn???t spell the name of the complex correctly. I guess we could go round and round with me believing you are a maintenance man there and lied on the Apartment Ratings application. I only put in my .02 cents explaining our situation and renter beware. If you wanted to put in your $1.00 that sounds like poor money management. Give others the right for their story and don???t be so judgmental.
