I live in Wyndchase. It's not the best and it isn't the worst. I've had difficulty with some office staff in the past (not processing requests, etc.) but that seems to have resolved with some change in ownership/leadership. My only complaint is regarding other tenants. There are a lot of individuals that do not pick up after their pets. The only other area that I've seen this situation was in Detroit, MI. I've lived in apartments for about 20 years and it seems that in complexes that the tenants have higher incomes and post-graduate education, this is not an issue. There really isn't anything management can do about it. I've complained when I've witnessed it but, I've never seen the behavior change with the tenants I complained about. Some areas, you really have to be careful when you walk your dog because it is like a trailer park with the dog leftovers. I really don't understand that behavior. Maybe those individuals did move here from a trailer park.
