From the outside Wyndchase aspen grove Looks Great! Friendly staff and spacious floor plans. I must have moved into a lemon because within 7 mo never any parking and railroad tracks run parallel to property. Extensive maintenance problems from multiple pipes bursting to mold to doors and cabinets falling off hinges:( Heat doesnt work in the winter nor a/c in the summer. It appears that the complex is renovating because the main construction camp is under my window and have already had to beware of loose nails and screws. Safe to say I would not reccomend this complex at the current time but maybe when they are done renovating.

I agree with you. We live in the same building. I've had similar problems: Mold, mildew, leaky pipes, and my dishwasher has been broken for over a week. Parking definately sucks. Not to mention that without notice the property management hired a valet trash pickup service for an additional $20 per month, non negotiable. I've made numerous requests to the office for assistance with these problems and they seem to fall on deaf ears. The whole office staff is rude and seem to cringe when residents walk in the door. As soon as I'm able I'm moving.
