I have lived with multiple roommates in a 3br place at Wyndchase for 3 years. We have not experienced any of the problems I have read about on here. The only issue I can remember us ever having was that sometimes our neighbors were being too loud in the parking lot; however, this isn't the apartment management's fault. We just asked our neighbors to respect that other people live here, too, and they chilled. On that note, if you are looking for a place to have parties every weekend, go find another apartment. The people in this complex seem to be relatively chill, quiet, and safe - more family-oriented than loud party-oriented. My only apartment grounds complaint is that there are no speed bumps on the roads throughout the complex.

Any time we have needed a work order to be filled - whether it was a rare issue with our hot water heater or just to change an air filter - they got right on it within 24 hours. We haven't had any abnormal bug problems. (Maybe that's because we keep our place clean so bugs don't want to visit.) There has been quite a bit of turnover with the staff over 3 years, but two of the ladies have been there since I moved in, and they are great! I am always greeted with a smile when I call or go into the office. This summer they are renovating the fitness room and computer lab - both a welcome upgrade.

Though we are moving out of the 3br this summer, I am happy at Wyndchase and have decided to transfer to a smaller unit there for a year or so. For me, the location, amenities (which I actually use because I'm already paying for them as part of my rent!), unit layout (it doesn't feel like a cramped dungeon), and quick response from the staff are the main reasons I have enjoyed Wyndchase.

Why write a review on an apartment complex you are continuing to stay at?? Oh yeah....you must be management sugar coating the reviews. Yep...makes sense to me. Whoever reads this....BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! They will also bill you for water for days beyond your lease!!!! They have a great scam going on with Conservice.
