I recently decided to lease an apartment there, as I was relocating from another state for a new job. Two days after I had given them a deposit of several hundred dollars the job fell through. When I asked about the return of my deposit they laughed at me over the phone, and told me to read the "fine print", all deposits are nonrefundable. They kept all of my money, including my security/cleaning deposit and I had never even set foot on the property. They've taken a bad situation and made it even worse. Do not rent from these rude and inflexible crooks!!!

This apartment complex is not corporate-relo friendly at all. I am sorry to hear that you too had a bad experience with this mgmt. team. The only saving grace is that now they have competition with the brand new Dwell apartment complex around the corner.
