The good: Location - Centrally located and convenient to the rest of Franklin and Cool Springs Community - Very interesting mix of people here; some 20-somethings, a few families, and even retirees. Overall everyone's pretty outgoing and friendly here, though. Never heard any loud parties, music, arguments, or otherwise unwelcome distractions since I've been here. Landscaping - Why do apartment communities waste so much money on landscaping? Don't get me wrong; it's pretty here, but for crying out loud, use that money to fix the gate or improve the fitness center. All the same, it's a pretty community. Security - Ok... the gate, like ...
