im not sure way these people are complaining about kid friendly , maybe there kids where causing problems. They would not mention that , i have kids they love it here the pool,gym,and sidewalks are great. The apt are very modern and not a wasted space in the apt storage every where.So i guess what im saying is if you know you cant afford it dont move in , then complain about stuff thats not true.....

Can't afford it? Please, I make well over $70,000 a year. Why am I in an apartment then? Because I am building a house and thought it was best to live in an apartment until the house is completed. My son has never gotten in trouble by management, but the staff here and other residents are rude to the children. Hummm... wonder what you will say when you get your renewal notice? Maybe you have a small child who has yet to walk or unable to swim without being in your arms. Management doesn't seem to mind the little children, but watch out if you have children from age eight to eighteen.

My child is 10 and never has a problem at the pool. I realize that I have to be with him at all times for his safety as I would want to be with him because I AM HIS PARENT and should be with him. I have had a great experience living here. My rental amount stayed the same when my lease was up. Which was surprising because your rent typically goes up. I just came from an apartment where every year they were raising my rent. Ridiculous.
