This place is actually a very nice place to live. There has been some issues with security but I think that is happening all over Gallatin. I could not believe it when I read the ridiculous review. I mean come on you live in an apartment community. I personally like these apartments. I would recomend them to anyone. The staff is friendly and is always willing to do whatever they can to help me. There is sometime a problem with parking but only because people don't listen to what they are told and park wherever they want. But i notice that is changing with towing being used now.

Above review obviously made by management. I for one know this because I recognize the writing style. Not to mention the statements themselves about "doing what they are told" and "towing". Translation: "we run a prison - not a home". Furthermore, the whole "come on, you live in an apartment community" excuse for "security concerns" is a cop out. Apartment communities who's management actually cares about the safety and well being of their tenants will out security at a high priority. Obviously, "car towing" and "following orders from a power hungry communist dictatorship management" is a much higher priority at Green Wood. Perhaps if the management just did their job, the whole place would be better. Oh yeah, one more thing. The manager here is very rude.
