These apartments are decent enough for the rent they charge but they are definitely a pain you know where. They are constantly putting notes in your door, "don't do this or that" "We will be entering your apartment put you pets away" "move your car" It is always something with this place and it gets very tiring. Also, if you don't like a million little kids dashing out in front of your car while you are driving through the parking lot this is not the place for you. They have a pet policy also but you may or may not have to follow it depending on who you are. People allow their dogs to run free and potty all over the place without cleaning up after them, their thinking is my dog is small I don't have to leash or clean. There is currently a boxer that runs loose all over the playground.

Personally, I wouldn't mind an apartment staff who was so engaged and aware that took the courtesy to leave a note when they were entering, or to correct bad behavior with another note. It would be better than a disengaged management staff that allowed in drug dealers, prostitutes, criminals and illegals. The 'free-range' pet policy, with no 'pooper-scooper' rule is disturbing. But the other ratings for this complex is good so this is where I'll start my search in Gallatin.
