moved here 2 years ago...had issues when we moved in to report on our walk through list..things still not working properly. Have daily issues with the HVAC..the units are too small for the size of the apartment. It freezes almost every day!! The rent is very important to them though...what you think you might save on rent, which if you are an old resident you pay out the !!##$$ but the new rent is cheaper...you make up for in electric bills due to the horrible service you receive when you have problems with your HVAC...dishwasher has been used twice in 2 years - it leaks - hole in kitchen floor from water running out of the frozen hvac unit - bathroom toilet paper role broke since we moved in...i could go on but i have to look for a new place to live!!!
