I really have enjoyed Brook Chase so far. We,ve lived in the 3br 2bath for about 6 months now. I will say the interiors need a little up dating but once you get all your stuff in there you hardly notice the finishes, not bad condition just a little out dated. Truly its the location and the grounds that are great. We have 2 children that will be starting school in a couple of years so it was very important to be in Germantown.
Also the complex is spread out and thouroughly landscaped so you don,t feel so cramped like some apartments. Its very park like with its mature trees and lakes through out the property.
The staff are good. Very by the book so don't expect any extra. I will say they are very professional and seem like they have everything under control which is comforting.
The apartments are on the pricey side, but you have to keep in mind its all about location and I will say the apartments are a good size.
Overall I would suggest this complex, as for myself I plan on staying for a long time, if for nothing else the schools and location.
