These apartments are only soso. We lived there for a year until we bought a house. The apartments are old and need nicer updates. There are nicer apartments to rent but they are in Riverdale school district. Farmington Elementary is the reason there are so many families living at Brookchase. Farmington is the greatest public school in this area, along with Dogwood. The staff was pretty friendly. But the interior of the apartments is pretty cheap and gross overall. They should tear them down and build nicer apartment homes with nicer amenities and updates. I would only recommend these apartments if you have elementary age children that will be going to Farmington Elementary.
